Office building
Austria Campus is a business site with a total area of 200,000 m² in the 2nd district of Vienna consisting of all in all six office blocks.
The Campus is part of the Nordbahn quarter created on the area of the former northern railway station and one of the biggest structural engineering projects currently realized in Europe.
FCP first carried out a TDD (Technical Due Diligence) in the course of transaction for the construction sites 5, 8 and 6 and subsequently the building project was supported in the scope of a construction monitoring order.

„ This project was the second biggest TDD for FCP. The supervision of the project for the purchaser after conclusion of the TDD in the construction phase was particularly exciting above all because several fields like construction/finishing, handling with the authorities, HVAC, building physics, fire protection as well as several certifications had to be both supervised and surveyed. “

During construction FCP also performed the services of site supervision for the extension works for the tenants (system partition walls, furnishing, building management system) for construction sites 5 and 8 and organized the handovers to the client section by section.
Thus 5,300 staff members of UniCredit Bank Austria AG were able to move to their modern open-space work places on 60,000 m² of office area on time.
