#Ready2BIMTogether

FCP.VCE's BIM Event 2021 #Ready2BIMTogether took place on 21 October 2021.

The BIM Online Event 2021 of FCP and VCE was held on the topic "Digital Engineering - BIM is only the beginning".

In the video streams of the event, you can find out what our experts have to say about the future of BIM and beyond. Exciting keynotes from ÖBB, Rhomberg and Contakt (Umdasch Group) await you, as well as three sessions on the topics of automation + robotics, BIM + SIM and digital project management.

You can watch the streams of the event here:

1.) Main part 1 with Keynote 1 (ÖBB, FCP) and Keynote 2 (Rhomberg)
2.) Session 1. Automation + Robotik
3.) Session 2. BIM + SIM
4.) Session 3. Digital Project Management
5.) Main part 2 with Keynote 3 (CONTAKT), digital engineering flagship projects from FCP.VCE and BIM Timeline

The digitalization of the construction industry has already been shaped by BIM for many years, and as a new tool, BIM has transformed the way we design, build and operate.

For many project participants, BIM does not go far enough. We need new interfaces and technologies to allow the entire project team to participate in the added value of BIM and advancing digitalisation.

Together with top experts, the topics that will expand BIM in the long term were highlighted. Only when all project participants are digitally networked can we exploit the true potential of digital BIM project management.

There were also high-level presentations from ÖBB, Rhomberg, Umdasch Group Ventures, Rheologic, bimspot, Printstones, Hilti and IB-Lang, among others.

Detailed information about the speakers and the programme can be found below.
