From day one to personal growth.
We shape collaboration so that it provides guidance, enables flexibility and creates room to grow. We bring individual needs together with shared responsibility, laying the foundation for long-term, successful working relationships.
People grow where they find trust and guidance. That's exactly what we want to enable at FCP every day.
How we work together
Work flexibly. Collaborate reliably.
We know how important a good balance between private life and work is. That's why we support our colleagues with all questions around working hours and individual working models. Together, we look for a solution that offers a reliable framework, does justice to each person's individual situation, and at the same time enables good teamwork.
Arriving is more than onboarding.
A good start lays the foundation for successful collaboration. That's why we support new colleagues in their first few weeks with structured mentoring. A mentor acts as a first point of contact, makes the social side of starting easier, provides guidance in day-to-day work and familiarises new colleagues with processes, contacts and our company culture. That's how a first day at work becomes a genuine arrival.
Growth begins where people are allowed to grow.
We create room for learning, development and growth – for each individual and for FCP as an organisation. Through development discussions, talent management, a wide range of learning opportunities and our FCP Academy, we support colleagues in bringing their strengths to the table, taking on responsibility, and developing both professionally and personally. This is how development takes shape that strengthens people and moves our shared work forward.
Feedback makes collaboration visible.
Good collaboration thrives on open communication, trust and respectful relationships. With our mood feedback, we create space to make needs, experiences and moods visible. This helps us recognise early on what's working well, where support is needed, and what impulses can further improve our working environment. Because listening is what allows us to shape things with purpose.
Does this sound like an environment where you'd like to grow?
