Digitalisation & Artificial Intelligence

Purpose-built digital tools, AI-assisted systems, and digital project environments are transforming how we plan, inspect, and operate – from AI-assisted structural inspection to the Digital Project Environment DPU®.

Climate Action & Sustainability

Through our KliNa Initiative, we develop solutions that make structures and infrastructure fit for the future – from resource-conscious planning and whole-life assessment to concrete tools for climate-responsible construction.

DPU® – Digital Project Environment

From internal innovation project to standalone service product: the DPU brings together all project information in a shared digital environment – models, drawings, documents, and communication. Collaboration reimagined: transparent, location-independent, and across all project stakeholders. Today we use the DPU in our own projects and offer it to our clients as a product.

LIMOS® – Structural Monitoring

With LIMOS, we continuously monitor the condition of structures using sensors and intelligent data analysis. Rather than isolated snapshots, it creates an ongoing picture of structural safety – the basis for proactive maintenance and longer infrastructure service life.

AI-Assisted Event Detection & Inspection

We train AI models to automatically evaluate recordings and data from structural inspections – detecting, classifying, and prioritising damage. This makes inspections faster, more objective, and more thorough.
