artus GmbH Becomes Part of the Company Group FCP.VCE

Berlin/Vienna, 10 March 2026_ The company group FCP.VCE takes over the Berlin company artus architekturbüro für urbanes bauen und sanieren GmbH with retroactive effect from 1 January 2026. The takeover is carried out within the scope of the expansion strategy “Germany 2030” and marks a further milestone for the expansion of the activities on the German market. With this integration FCP.VCE strengthens the Berlin office, specifically extends its service portfolio and consolidates its presence in the field of building construction and infrastructure.

artus has been established in Berlin for approx. 30 years and is specialized in functional design in building construction as well as in infrastructure. The whole team with 10 members is taken over and remains active in the Berlin office.

artus brings along decades of experience on the German market and has excellent connections in Berlin. The team perfectly complements our group both technically and culturally – we would like to further develop the site and use new market opportunities together”, said Joachim Lanschützer, managing director of FCP.VCE, who will also take over the management of artus in future.

The references of artus include various underground railway stations, the Leonardo-da-Vinci grammar school and the Alte Meister gallery. The competences of artus complement the existing range of services of FCP.VCE and create additional synergies for integrated services in design, project control and site supervision.
