At the beginning of a project a feasi­bi­li­ty study shall be carried out in which our experts check all the project-relevant para­meters of your buil­ding project and examine the feasi­bi­lity of the desired space allo­ca­tion plan.

This includes for example matching the contents of the current land uti­li­za­tion and layout plan as well as poten­tial conta­mi­na­tions on the pro­per­ty and hazards by flooding. Further­more, an out­look on possible con­struc­ta­bi­li­ty of the plot is given by means of a rough study in which also the require­ments regar­ding site develop­ment for traffic are analysed. Fea­si­bi­li­ty studies are not only restric­ted to new buil­dings but are also reason­able in case of recon­struc­tion of existing struc­tures.
