Opening of Arrival Center Schönbrunn

The new Arrival Center in front of Schönbrunn castle was opened on 19 September 2019.
Apart from the new parking area, which provides space for 48 coaches, a new arrival building was designed for better processing of the stream of visitors. By means of attractive green design – all in all 300 new trees were planted – and state-of-the-art lighting a parking area corresponding to the requirements of a World Heritage site was created. In a second stage a parking area for 230 cars shall be completed by mid-2020.
